When Will You Get Your Order?
Order Cut-off: 5 PM GMT (Monday – Saturday)
Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days (Royal Mail Tracked)
Estimated Delivery: 5 to 9 business days from order date
You will get an order confirmation email within minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before contacting us.
What Delivery Costs
Standard delivery is £1.99. Spend over £100 and delivery is free. There are no handling charges or hidden fees. What you see at checkout is the total.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all UK addresses England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. If you are in a remote area such as the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, or Shetland, allow one extra business day beyond the standard estimate. We do not ship outside the UK at the moment.
Tracking
The moment your parcel is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Use the link in the email or go directly to royalmail.com/track-your-item. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch that is completely normal and not a sign anything has gone wrong.
Bank Holidays
We do not process or dispatch orders on UK bank holidays. If you order on or just before a bank holiday, add one working day to your expected delivery window.
Wrong Address
Always double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@caughtcouture.com immediately with your order number. We will try to update it before dispatch. Once Royal Mail has collected the parcel, address changes are no longer possible. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply for resending.
Late or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch email, contact us at support@caughtcouture.com with your order number. We will open a formal investigation with Royal Mail. These usually take 5 to 10 working days to close and we will keep you updated throughout.
Damaged on Arrival
If the packaging looks damaged when it arrives, take a photo before you open it. Then email support@caughtcouture.comwith your order number and the photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund whichever you prefer.
