Currency
All prices are in Great British Pounds (£ GBP) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. There are no additional charges after you confirm your order.
Security
Our checkout uses SSL 256-bit encryption. Your payment details are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. We never see or store your full card number. It is as secure as online shopping gets.
When We Take Payment
Payment is captured immediately when you complete checkout. This confirms your order and triggers our packing process. By submitting payment, you confirm you are the authorised cardholder and have sufficient funds available.
If Your Payment Fails
Failed payment? Your order will not be placed. Double-check your card details and try again. Still failing? Try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also email us at support@caughtcouture.com if you need help.
Pricing Errors
We do our best to keep all prices accurate. If we find an error on your order, we will contact you before processing it. You can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obliged to honour a price that is clearly a mistake.
Fraud Prevention
Every transaction goes through automated security checks. If something looks unusual, we may pause the order and contact you to verify your details. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not pass these checks, with a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them within 5 to 7 business days of approving your return. Your bank may take another 2 to 5 days to show it in your account. Full details in our Returns Policy.
