Who We Are
Caught Couture is a small, independent UK outerwear online shop. We are not a large retailer. We are not a faceless warehouse. We are a tight-knit team based in the United Kingdom, founded by Chadda Vijay , and we handle everything ourselves from selecting every product in the range to packing every order before it leaves us.
When you contact us, you speak to a real person who knows the range inside out and genuinely wants to help. That is not a line from a customer service script. It is just how we operate.
Where We Started
Caught Couture came from a frustration. A simple one.
Chadda spent years looking for outerwear that was genuinely well-made, fitted properly, and did not cost a ridiculous amount of money. The high street was disappointing. Designer was out of reach. The middle ground quality without the premium price tag barely existed.
So he built it. Caught Couture launched in the UK with a clear focus: bring properly made outerwear to people who want quality they can actually afford.
What We Make
We focus entirely on outerwear. That is all we do and we do it with care.
Parkas, puffer coats, biker jackets, windbreakers, wool-blend coats, varsity jackets, sherpa-lined pieces — all chosen because they work in real life, not just in editorial shoots. Every item in our range is selected personally. We look at the construction, the cut, the materials, and the details. If we would not wear it ourselves, it does not make the range.
How We Work
We are an online-only store. No high street overheads. No middlemen. That is part of how we keep prices reasonable without cutting corners on quality.
Every order is packed carefully before it leaves us. We use Royal Mail Tracked for all deliveries so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep. Most customers receive their order within 3 to 5 business days. Free delivery on everything over £100.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on everything we sell. Size not quite right? Colour not what you expected? Email us. We will sort it without making it difficult.

We stand behind everything we sell. If something arrives damaged, does not match its description, or is just not right we fix it. No debate, no delay.
